The purpose of the Senior UI/UX Designer role is to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and high-quality digital experiences across websites, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, and other digital products. The role combines strong UX thinking with refined visual design to solve complex user problems and translate business goals into meaningful, conversion-focused solutions.
The Senior UI/UX Designer will take ownership of projects from research and strategy through wireframing, UI design, prototyping, design systems, and developer handoff, while maintaining consistency and quality throughout the process. This role also involves collaborating closely with clients, developers, marketers, and other designers, providing design direction, mentoring team members, and ensuring every solution meets both user and business objectives.
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping meaningful digital experiences from early ideas to polished, production-ready products. You'll work closely with clients, product managers, developers, strategists, and other designers to understand complex business and user needs, translate them into thoughtful experiences, and create interfaces that are both visually compelling and highly functional.

You'll be expected to think strategically, challenge assumptions, solve complex UX problems, establish strong design direction, and ensure the final product meets both user and business objectives. You'll take ownership of projects, contribute to design strategy, mentor team members, and help maintain a high standard of quality across everything we deliver.
Take ownership of projects from initial discovery and research through UX strategy, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, testing, developer handoff, and final implementation. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clear design direction while ensuring the final product meets both user and business objectives.
Go beyond assumptions to understand what users actually need, where they struggle, and how they interact with digital products. You'll use research, data, stakeholder feedback, and UX principles to identify opportunities and create experiences that are intuitive and purposeful.
Transform UX concepts into polished, modern, and conversion-focused interfaces. You'll have a strong understanding of typography, spacing, color, composition, hierarchy, accessibility, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
You'll frequently be involved in client discussions and internal meetings, helping translate business requirements into clear design objectives. You should be comfortable presenting your work, explaining your reasoning, asking the right questions, and handling constructive feedback professionally.
As a senior member of the design team, you'll help create an environment where other designers can grow. You'll share knowledge, provide constructive feedback, and help junior and mid-level designers improve their design thinking and execution.
