These Terms & Conditions explain the responsibilities, expectations, and guidelines that apply when working with us.
Last Update: August 22, 2026
These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations that apply when you work with us. They are designed to create a clear, transparent, and professional working relationship between our agency and our clients.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by our digital agency. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, engaging our services, approving project work, or entering into an agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Our goal is to make every project straightforward from the beginning. These terms explain how projects are managed, how payments work, what each party is responsible for, how revisions are handled, and how intellectual property, confidentiality, and project deliverables are treated.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our website or engage our services.
We provide professional digital services designed to help businesses establish, improve, and grow their digital presence. Depending on the agreed project scope, our services may include UI/UX design, website design, web development, branding and visual identity, digital marketing, strategy, consulting, prototyping, design systems, content support, and related digital services.
Each project is different, and the exact services, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and responsibilities will be defined in the relevant proposal, quotation, statement of work, contract, or written agreement.
Successful projects require active collaboration from both sides. As our client, you agree to provide accurate information, relevant materials, timely feedback, approvals, credentials, content, and other resources reasonably required to complete the project.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information, images, logos, documents, copy, trademarks, and other materials supplied to us can legally be used for the project.
You agree to:
Every project is based on an agreed scope. The scope determines what services, features, pages, screens, deliverables, revisions, and functionality are included within the project fee.
Work requested outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require a separate estimate, timeline, or fee.
Our typical project process may include discovery, research, strategy, design, development, testing, review, revisions, approval, and launch. Depending on the project, certain stages may be combined, removed, or completed in a different order.
A project timeline is based on the information available at the time of planning. Changes in requirements, delayed feedback, additional functionality, technical challenges, or third-party dependencies may affect the original timeline.
Project fees are based on the scope, complexity, timeline, resources, and deliverables agreed upon with the client.
The total project price, payment schedule, currency, applicable taxes, and payment method will be communicated in the relevant proposal, invoice, or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received according to the agreed schedule.
Payment expectations:
Both parties may receive confidential information during the course of a project. Confidential information may include business strategies, product information, customer information, technical documentation, financial information, unpublished designs, marketing plans, credentials, and other information identified as confidential.
Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and only use it for purposes related to the project.
We make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeline. However, timelines depend on timely communication, approvals, content, payments, technical access, third-party services, and other project dependencies.
A project may be delayed when required information or approvals are not provided on time.
Common causes of delay include:
Either party may request to terminate a project subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.
If a client cancels a project after work has begun, the client may remain responsible for payment for work already completed, committed resources, approved expenses, and other applicable fees.
If a project is terminated due to non-payment, repeated lack of communication, or material breach of the agreement, work may be suspended or terminated.
Refund eligibility depends on the specific agreement, stage of the project, work completed, and applicable law.
Payments for completed work, purchased third-party services, committed resources, or approved expenses may not be refundable.
Where a refund is applicable, the amount and process will be determined according to the relevant agreement and applicable legal requirements.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.
When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of our website after updated terms are published may constitute acceptance of the revised terms, where permitted by applicable law.
